Larry Wynn & Scott Kindig
Larry Wynn is the pastor of Hebron Baptist Church in Dacula, Georgia. Hebron is a dynamic and community-focused church that has impacted lives for several generations. Larry has been pasturing Hebron for the past 31 years and created a legacy of discipleship in the structure of Hebron with the church baptizing over 9,600 people. Hebron is so dedicated to seeing lost people saved and cooperating with other churches that it participates generously in the Cooperative Program. Hebron is also ranked among the top 20 churches by the Southern Baptist Convention in baptism and church growth. Larry is a down-to-earth pastor who is passionate and dedicated to the Word of God and loves to share with young adults about living a life of faith. He has been very supportive of BCM and participates in several events with the UGA BCM. Larry has preached at numerous State and Youth Evangelism Conferences and various other conferences. He has conducted Church Growth conferences throughout the country and frequently a guest editorial writer for various publications.
Scott Kindig is a 23-year Youth Ministry Veteran. He has served on staff in three churches. Most recently, he served for 12 ½ years at Brookwood Baptist in Lawrenceville, GA before accepting a position as Youth Ministry Consultant for the Georgia Baptist Convention in November of 2001. Scott is passionate about connecting the NEXT GENERATION to Christ and mobilizing them to reach their own generation!
Scott has been a Youth Ministry speaker and trainer for 17 years, and has appeared at numerous leadership development events from California to Ohio, from Alaska to Florida. He has written numerous articles for youth ministry magazines, devotional resources and curriculum for Student Life and Lifeway. His Bible Study book entitled, STAY THE COURSE, was the focus of a national youth ministry Bible Study emphasis in January of 2001. He has also been a guest speaker at youth events such as Atlanta Fest, Youth Link, Engage Conferences, Spin National Worship Conferences, Surrender Conferences and several states’ Youth Evangelism Conferences.
