ENGAGE

Engage in the Community: SERVE

In Mark 10:45 Jesus said, "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve"
Engage your students with hands on missions during Confluence Saturday September 18 from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. You can choose one of the following mission engagements for your students by emailing me back with your choice. Choosing of mission engagements will be done on a first come first serve basis. After you email me, I will confirm your request and send you the contact information so you can then communicate directly with the mission supervisor. If you have questions, you can call Teresa at 770-910-4316. Note: some of the projects involve children so if you choose one of those sites, you need to make sure the students have child care protection forms in place. Also, remember that each group of students who serve that afternoon must have a campus minister/intern/responsible adult (other than a student) with the group. When you sign up for a project, please give me the name and contact information of the person who is supervising the student group. If you are a church and you would like your group to connect with a project contact Teresa Royall at
troyall@gabcm.org .
